Kijang’s Airport Open on July

Well, it worth the wait, since 1997 the last flight to this old international airport, now it will be opened again, and the air route would be Kijang' Airport to Soekarno-Hatta's Airport vice versa.

For those who would like to visit Bintan Island could just fly to Bintan Island through Jakarta as the gateway. Every one could eazyly visit Bintan Lagoon, Trikora white sand beach and Agro Resort.

But there some minor problem is that there "No Refueller" for the plane at the moment, so hope the end of this June, the airport could be supplied with 25 tons of avtur. So to attained the flight load as to flight back to Jakarta.

It has been delayed for some while already since the agreement signed regarding to Defence Coorperation Agreement (DCA) in Bali 2 (two) months ago.

I do agree with our defence minister from what he explained regarding to this issues, He said:

I have explained to them that in this globalised world, there is no absolute sovereignty.

I really disappointed with those stupid parliament, really bunch of junks, always want to ruin this country, only know how to provoke fight between nearby countries, creating havoc by talking rubbish... SIGH...

Well, as those parliament always asked and said no good thing to the central government regarding extradiction treaty, now President and Defence Minister really showed they ain't just talked but also action, so I do really hope those hyienas will stop talking and do something in return...

In this term of agreement's signed up, there're two main things they are The Defence Cooperation Agreement discussing with Singapore's Defence Ministry and the Singapore Armed Forces on the definition of the rules of engagement concerning naval exercises, has been described as a milestone to further enhance the good ties between neighbours and Extradiction Treaty.

And in this few month ahead there would be some attractions around our water, really feel excited already.

Well, Australian Ambassador really in deep shit! Why would some policemen barged into Governor Sutiyoso hotel room's this quite a big question marks.

As what I've read, regarding to journalists killed during Indonesia's invasion of East Timor in 1975. If thats the case, someone need to clarify it, and not just left without saying good bye! that truely not Indonesian prophecy :)

Well, I couldn't figure it out cause I'm just 2 years old at that times :p try to pick it up at abc news.

And I'm surely not agree with those barbarian claiming as Indonesian who really like to create havoc as wanted to burned down Australia Embassy. Frankly, They really know how to create instability and like to have up rise inside nation.

Now they are talking, I refer to the Municipal Council Member. The Head of Municipal Council Mr. Bobby Jayanto also an Indo-Chinese ethnical representative really hear what local folks are discussing about lately. He will then arrange some intensive discussion regarding the upcoming killing tariff by Local Powerplant Company.

Well, though he would not promised whether the council members will approved or not, but he do hope the other members will then work according to what folks hope for. Mr. Bobby also mentioned about the hard living condition nowadays, really pushed local people to nowhere. And as a representative that elected at the year 2004 local municipal council election, should work accordingly by statesmanship and not by some tingling cash. He does hope no more intervention from local government regarding this issue.

Hopefully, there won't be any "Your Money is my command". If not then I really gonna kill them all. As a tax payer I do think we have the right to do so! Though it would never happen subsequently in Indonesia… as long as they could make folks cooling down a bit, we should give them a shot.

I have read some stupid statement in online news regarding the Singapore Military Drill approval agreement by Indonesia Defense Minister in Kepulauan Riau Province territorial.

Some local municipal council members really show that they got scared. What if we get kiss by the tornado, ha… well omen speaks… hi3X

Some even said if we approved than next trip we could also use Singapore air base for military drill. Naa this one showed his stupidity. If Singapore as big as Indonesia, what for they need Indonesia and Malaysia approval for their military drill. I think our Defense Minister knows what actually he is doing.

Why now everyone talk about this issue, why not rejected the previous drill such as airborne drill at PekanBaru, navy drill at Malaya Straits, why now!

Perhaps they do think, why dizzy about this thing, Singapore never pay to Indonesia government nor the councilor so this term no more agreement. Just like former president BJH really ticked Singapore as the statement "Hey you! Don't forget you only a tiny red dotted what so ever thing in the map so don't be cocky…" Ja, I think this already be the tradition in mind!

If we talked about economics, politics and social matter between countries, I do think there no one in the councilor building really understand and capable in it. And I do think with the numbers of 500 over people sitting inside the central councilor building, only few know what actually they are doing inside the building. Need to add each empiric matters in it, not just talking shit without thinking. I suggest them to stay nap while in sessions, just get the allowance stay ease at home, and be happy with their family.

If these people really care about doing the "for – from – to whom" democracy thing then there would never be so many up rise recently. If they really know what had happened to Indonesia then there would never have false information and data regarding economics and demographics growth numbers.

Who knows what they were doing inside the building, so what!

As long as there win-win solution between bilateral countries in agreement, then no need to argue… tax payers aren't paying them for napping! Travelling without goals and shopping in doing national tasks!

So lucky I did never choose them. A bunch of junkies!

But still, there one actual quiz whether they really capable and know how to concern this whole big country!

I have concluded from some abroad friends said, they do pity this country, an undev [under developed] country, all wrong people in wrong place, wrong manager in wrong post, and so many! And these friends are from India, Japan, Korea, and America. Well, that's the truth… no argument…

Now I felt really sick of the authority! Damned…

No matter what we obsessed to change a thing, remember not to affront the local authority. One of the Chinese Senator represented Kepulauan Riau Province has been put to 6 month probation in jail! So unlucky.

3 against 1 in court, where in supreme court the Judge drove red plated car, prosecutors did drove red plated car and not to forget the one sued the senator coz of the affront also drove red plated car! But unfortunately as a Senator he is not a red plated car driver, just a commoner who has been elected to represent municipal in central house of speakers. SIGH!!!

Now they've done it! The authority is not going to get support any way. A bunch of trash wearing another tax payer hard earning money! Forgotten they also from commoners only luck to be stupid and sat to the post… Am I rite…

This quite interesting! Read 1 (one) of the local newspaper article dated 24 May 2007 "Batam Pos" [local politic parties scared to incumbant Mayor]…

Unless all of the party members are vegetarian, if not they won't be buying politic as a toyz… no mass support but want to have their party flag up, LOL…

In the next Mayor election those party will not or might not have any of their cadet to compete for the position! Get scared ha…

Some said the next candidate should be chinese ethnical citizen as chinese has the 30% all over the area… that should do… well let see if I got Rp. 500 – 750 millions then I'll be the next candidate as I already got 1% of support from chinese community :p

Unfortunately, I only have Rp. 500 not more than that "LOL" that would be laugh out loud blow up belly died standing… ha1000X

Maybe me maybe not [sang along dreamzzzzzzzz] or maybe my senior also my best pal that struggling for chinese community independent and also one of province municipal council member… perhaps entitling council municipality he might gain 40 – 60% support from mix mass support and as well as winning the Mayor elections!

But who knows! hope every folks with the elections right could learn to think wise! Choose the best so people won't get suffer coz of the unfairness and tyranous.

Holy Coooooooow, I've read today local newspaper written about local powerplant company owned by the authority gonna raise up to 60% of electricity tariff!

Holy shiiiiit! in one hand to cope this kind of condition every folks are worrying and try every effort thinking how to lowered their expenditure, in other dark sided authority gonna make people more suffer by raising tariff…

What a pity, President is not more than a symbol, commanded no more and not permitted to any of authority company to gain more at this economics slowed down condition but still! here at my pity pity pity hometown the local authority company gonna raise up to no good numbers as really wanted people hang themselves. Haven't heard the best of the best municipal council member talking about or discussing about this terrible issue… well money talking… Damned…

Other news said in this month few of low-mid folks committed suicide already due to this sort of condition some even killed all household members but still those authority took nothing happened… phew pity-pity-pity now real SAAAAAAAAD…

Curse you!!!! But anyway! Any of you want to invest land for cemetery, would be fastest rich scheme nowadays! No need pretty or big but at least adult size should be OK J 50 cm X 2 m square! Know why 200 cm length so funny, well as survey we could place baby there plus milk shake so as in the eve the death feed the death… ;p

Hottest topic for these month ahead… that is next Tanjungpinang Mayor Election [August perhaps the latest December]! Who gonna win the next new Mayor election for Tanjungpinang? Of course is ME "Wison, SE"! An Indo-Chinese ethnical citizen behold the right to be elected! :p Just kidding…

Refering to 1 of Indonesia laws act no 32 yr 2004 and of course UUD '45 [some says this stands for "Ujung-Ujung Duit" translated to "Only money I obeyed"] amended or not amended, any Indonesian has the right to be President, Governor, Mayor/Chief of Recency also municipal council member… include either u or me… that's right every one! At least u can prove that you are Indonesian, 17 years old @ least, either has been married men or women thou still kids, never been jailed or fined coz killed an ant, remember how to speak good Indonesian, know what was the Pancasila is and to be honest do not left this Dharma Pusaka as a lesson to be leader… not necessary to be clever or intelect but richie rich of course! Must be joking… but its true, need to throw your money to those green eyes citizen… ha including me lah… need money to survive! No money could died standing…

Sometimes I really felt that I'm so useless, seeing people getting poorer and poorer, but so effortless, I can't even help my self either my family…

Seeking job has been a problem nowadays, even local rich guys also begin to face living is hard… and even worse they have the compulsory to pay extra coz of their abundance…

Lets see, the poverty being arise! Some children has to stop their education helping their parent by "ja!" Some working underage, some even sitting along the sidewalk asking for money… pity me! Jobless! Jobless! Need work! So sad…

Unfortunately, the local authority doesn't need any brainiest, discipline and principle civil servant, what a waste – high educated, full of courage, energy but useless… no one need those… still jobless… J they only need stupid, easy ordered and of course brainless guys and gals…

They get paid monthly only doing open office at 8 o'clock, sitting at kopitiam till 3 o'clock, that's all! Do you like this kind of job! "JA" for me that is a coolz kind of job every one dreamz of!

Almost 10 [ten] years now since the last riot… nothing changed… nothing recovered… nothing – nothing… but in spite of nothing corruptions every where, looting every where… phew… so tired to knowing it…

Years 2004 municipal council election with the outcome of few so called the best of the best from their parties all killer machine… they never speak behalf of people… real shit… hated them… only know how to create multi wealth fare scheme inside council room without other know, built new home bought new cars wore diamond and gold… hey people are being pauper but vain.

I heard they even worse than the civil servant… authority have to prepare a lot of money for their support! Ja so called win-win one solution! Creating multi negative effects policies killing people by looting from local citizen… phew…

Mayor with only Rp.2.500.000,- monthly salary, able to drove classic compressed baby benz… that worth a billion plus… ? Living in a huge villa? So incredible… is it possible

Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) vs. Natural or Organic Search Engine Optimization

Why do more netizens and internet newbies utilize Google to search for products, services, images, information, news, or anything else under the proverbial internet superhighway sun? Well, Google's search technology has been proven smarter (in the minds of the average web surfer) than the rest in regards to returning relevant, valuable, and fast results for any given search query - this would explain the almost 50% market share that Google now commands for online search. Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin bet the farm on the quality of their search, and it has paid off marvelously in stock options and an almost inconceivable market capitalization (142.58 billion as of April 1, 2007) for a company that has been in existence for less than a decade.

Google's immense market cap is partially a product of its revenue stream, but where in fact does Google actually generate the bulk of their proceeds from? Gmail, website analytics, images, web searches, all can be performed for free (provided you are among the over 1 billion humans who have access to an internet connection and a PC). The answer is advertising. And not just any old type of advertising - Google generates up to 95% of its revenue from what is known as Pay Per Click advertising; specifically it is the Google Adwords and Adsense suite of programs.

Google Adwords enables businesses, young and old alike, to infuse their advertising message to the masses. Adwords works like a standard auction. Businesses bid on keywords that are relevant to their industry. The highest bidders, who also maintain a high advertisement Click Through Rate (CTR), appear towards the top of the screen when conducting a search. Lower bidders get the lower valued placement real estate as web surfers' eyes scroll down the browser window. Google monitors the ads, but it is the business owner who chooses what amount he or she is willing to pay per click. Once your ad is clicked by a user, your business is charged a certain amount relating to your bid price. You, the business owner essentially choose where your advertisement is displayed and for what keyword or keyword phrases to be included.

Who Controls What I See When I Conduct A Google Search?

Now, this brings up my initial, yet critical point. I will say it again. Businesses (and individuals) have the power to place their unique message or advertisement on Google's search engine results pages (SERPS). What is the big deal about that? Well, internet surfers tend to have difficulty discerning between advertisements and actually search engine listing results. Try it for yourself. Go to Google and conduct a search for "AT&T cordless phone." The first three listings you see are not listings at all- they are Google Adwords results - Google typically shades these "sponsored" results to help differentiate them from the actual organic or natural search engine listings, but they are still shown in similar formats. Even this advertisement shading in the last few weeks however, has slowly been supplanted by a crystal clear background which makes the advertisements and listings almost indistinguishable. Besides the shading and the conspicuously grayed out and small "sponsored results" text the two "listings" and "advertisements" look very similar. In other words, most web surfers could confuse an advertisement for an actual and factual ultra-democratic Google certified search result.

The more web surfers that click on Google Adwords advertisements, the more money Google generates, keeping the board of directors and stock holders sleeping soundly tucked in Egyptian cotton. Isn't that directly contrary to Google's mantra that its "mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful?" The answer is yes, but don't tear down the walls of the kingdom just yet. Most of the businesses that advertise on Google are legitimate - the point is that when you click on a PPC link, the quality of the site cannot be vouched for by Google. When you click on the first organic search engine listing from a Google query, you are implicitly getting Google's stamp of approval that this site is the best result as per your associated search based on their algorithm or rules. The push vs. pull reasoning that I have read in various search engine forums and articles may be completely off base. If you don't know that you are clicking on an advertisement then you are not being pushed to take an action. So, what does all this mean?

Educated Web Surfers Or Buyers Know The Difference Between A Pay Per Click Advertising And A Natural Search Engine Listing.

I have found that educated internet users tend to utilize the organic search engine listings more than the pay per click results (both Adwords and Yahoo's Overture - now Yahoo Search Marketing). They do so because they understand that the sponsored results are all businesses that have chosen to be listed among the SERPS. Organic results are also different because a lower percentage of these are actual businesses selling goods or services. Google and Yahoo organic results give precedent to valuable web pages - pages that give information, tools, or news to web surfers. There is no guarantee that your search for "AT&T cordless phone" would bring up anything more than a website with a schematic of transistors and speed dial features. Educated buyers comprehend that the first few organic results that are in fact businesses providing what they need will most likely be the most reputable companies around. This fact is indeed more consistent with the Google corporate philosophy. As we have just seen, Pay Per Click "PPC" advertisements and natural results do put forth two conflicting messages - click on the listing because it is relevant, or click on the advertisement because Google has to pay its utility bills.

What Does All This Have To Do With My Business?

I've looked at hundreds of Overture and Adwords reports; I usually see an average PPC advertisement click through rate of between 1- 4% (although inter-industry numbers vary dramatically). I also study statistics (often from the analytical tool called Google Analytics) that shows me the number of visitors a site gets for both PPC and natural search engine listings. My findings show that organic listings on the average drive more traffic than PPC ads. This isn't always the case, but it is the trend I have seen when analyzing the data. If educated surfers are more likely to click on natural search engine listings, it also seems logical to think that the website conversion rates would also be higher. My look at the numbers do suggest that this is true more times than not. Does Google publicize the click through rate or conversion rate for typical organic search queries? No way - that may encourage businesses to utilize natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) companies as opposed to PPC advertising programs. That wouldn't be so good for Page, Brin, or Dr. Eric Schmidt (Google CEO).

Does That Make Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing Definitively Bad?

Now, I own stocks, bonds, CDs - and an occasional mutual fund - my financial portfolio is diversified. Diversifying your business's advertising is something that I also advocate. If PPC advertising is reaping a profit for you, then by all means, continue to utilize this valuable service. What I am suggesting is that you don't put all your eggs in one basket. If a search engine rule or algorithm changes, your organic search engine rankings may drop, costing you revenue and potential profit. If a new player enters your industry and decides to outbid your PPC advertisements, you will also be pushed down in the search engine shuffle - again affecting your business's bottom line. I don't recommend having an undiversified financial portfolio, nor do I recommend obtaining all your search engine traffic from the same source. Experiment with Overture or Adwords, and talk to an ethical search engine optimization firm to find out if organic optimization makes sense for your organization.

TANJUNGPINANG (BP)- Bersamaan datangnya hari Natal, Idul Adha dan Tahun Baru 2007, anggota DPD RI Hendry Frankim memasang sejumlah spanduk ucapan selamat kepada masyarakat. Gara-gara spanduk ini Frankim dibuat kesal karena dicopot oleh Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Dispenda) dibantu Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang.
”Spanduk itu dilepas tanpa ada pemberitahuan dengan saya,” kata Frankim saat dijumpai wartawan Senin (5/2) di rumahnya di Jalan Cempedak, Tanjungpinang.
Dijelaskan, awalnya ia tak tahu kalau spanduk tadi ada yang menurunkan. Ia baru tahu setelah ada laporan dari warga yang mengatakan spanduk tersebut diturunkan oleh pihak Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang.
Selain spanduk, Frankim mengatakan ia juga memasang baleho di enam titik kota Tanjungpinang. Disebutkan, sebagai seorang pejabat, dirinya punya hak untuk memasang spanduk ucapan kepada masyarakat.
Menjawab pengakuan Frankim ini, Kakan Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang Raja Khairani ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan meminta agar menghubungi Kabid Pendataan Dinas Pendapatan Kota Tanjungpinang Adnan. Sementara Adnan ketika dikonfirmasi mengakui memang melepas spanduk ucapan Hendry Frankim tersebut.
Disebutkan, bukan hanya spanduk Frankim saja yang dicopot, melainkan spanduk lainnya juga ada yang dicopot karena pengaruh cuaca. Dikhawatirkan, spanduk tadi akan mengganggu pengguna jalan akibat pengaruh cuaca angin kencang. Adnan menambahkan, spanduk yang dilepas masih tersimpan rapi. ”Kalau mau diambil silahkan, masih ada kok,” kata Adnan.

TANJUNGPINANG (BP) - Menyambut hari raya Imlek, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat Tionghoa “berbagi”. Kemarin mereka membantu sesama warga Tionghoa yang kurang mampu. Diantaranya kepada tukang becak, nelayan dan pengangguran serta lainnya. Kesemua mereka ini mendapatkan paket bantuan berupa minuman kaleng, serta jeruk Imlek yang merupakan sumbangan dari berbagai tokoh dan warga Tionghoa di Tanjungpinang dan dikoordinir Pak Tje Tie dan Pak Husni Acheng.
“Kebersamaan dalam merayakan Imlek tetap harus dipelihara mengingat akibat kondisi perekonomian yang semakin merosot ini banyak warga Tionghoa di Tanjungpinang yang hidup di garis kemiskinan,” ujar Rudy Chua, salah seorang tokoh masyarakat Tionghoa yang ikut menyerahkan bantuan di depan vihara Cetiya Ksitigharba, kemarin.
Rangkaian sumbangan serupa sebelumnya telah juga dilakukan para tokoh masyarakat Tionghoa, pada Sabtu (3/2) lalu di Pelantar II, Tanjungpinang. Dan kemarin merupakan tahap yang ke dua kalinya. Hadir dalam acara itu, Bobby Jayanto yang juga Ketua DPRD Kota Tanjungpinang.
